GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE TRAVEL CONTRACT AND SALE OF TOURIST PACKAGES

• I declare that I am aware of the travel program which I fully accept as of now, that I am aware of all the characteristics and specificities of the route, of the difficulty and length of the stages, of the fact that the trip develops in the mountains with possible climatic conditions, including difficult ones (such as, but not limited to, cold, wind, rain, poor visibility, etc.); to be aware of the related personal safety risks.
• I declare that I am in good health and aware that participation in the initiative in which I intend to participate requires specific physical preparation and a real capacity for personal autonomy which I certify to be in possession of.
• I declare that I have trained sufficiently for the chosen proposal and that I have the necessary technical skills, therefore I hold the organization harmless from any liability for what may happen before, during and after the initiative signed up to.
• I declare to entrust myself to the guide who leads the trip and to follow and respect their decisions, aware that the guide is responsible for the protection and safety of the participants and I acknowledge that, if my state of health does not allow the continuation of the trek as established by program, I accept as of now that alternatives of transport will be submitted to me to get to the end of the route/stage, sustaining the eventual added costs that may be presented. Interrupting the trip due to pre-existing conditions does not entitle the person to reimbursement of the amount paid.
